reduce my weight

2day i decided 2 reduce my weight! many of my fren said tat im vy thin but actually is not. they dun noe about it. izit exercise is the best way 2 reduce weight? haix...
i tink is but i vy lazy la n no time 4 me 2 do it. wat can i do ler? by here , i hope tat i can find a best way 2 reduce my weight n can can be more fit.

U wan to reduce weight then u must eat more. Hehe. This is call negative effect. Haha jkjk. If u feel lazy to do exercise then u can do late sleep but it is not good for health. So be normal lo. Dont worry nobody dont wan u woh. Haha
